The site and the domain on which it is allocated are owned by the operator of Vladro.com.

The reproduction, dissemination, and any other use of the works on this site without the authorization of the copyright holder is prohibited. Violations will be subject to the penalties provided for by art. 171, 171-bis, 171-ter, 174-bis, and 174-ter of Law 633/1941.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter also “GDPR”) relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the following privacy policy is made available.


1. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

1.1 Personal Data:

The optional and voluntary completion of the contact form on Vladro.com, involving the indication of personal data such as the user’s name and email address, implies the subsequent acquisition of the aforementioned data, as well as those included in the message content.

Furthermore, the optional, explicit, and voluntary submission of a CV to the email address provided results in the acquisition of the sender’s address, the CV, and any other personal data included in the message.

1.2 Navigation Data:

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate Vladro.com acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the response file, the numeric code indicating the server response status (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to ensure its proper functioning. The data may be used to determine liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against Vladro.com, only upon request by the competent supervisory authorities.

2. DATA RETENTION DURATION
